Even someone as perfect as Zac Efron can get a breakout.

The 17 Again star wasn't ready for his close up while on a late afternoon coffee run in Bel Air yesterday.

The Disney star's face appeared to be unshaven, dry and spotty.

And Zac looked like he was trying to hide his spot-ridden with the help of his friend, a beanie hat and dark glasses while leaving Starbucks.

Maybe he should ask Vanessa Hudgens for some of her Neutrogena, and lay off the foundation for a bit.
