Jennifer Aniston is reckons her place in the public eye is the reason behind her recent dating woes.
The former Friends star- who dumped singer-songwriter John Mayer last month - admits that being Hollywood's golden girl hasn't made finding her prince charming any easier.
In fact it seems to have made it harder, reveals Jen.
She tells Now magazine: "Someone said to me that if I ever had the chance to become a movie star, grab it. It would make dating easier. Which is baloney."
And as for her biggest dating faux pas, Jen says avoid playing by the 'rules': "Seriously, the worst advice I ever got was to “wait two days before answering the call” if I was asked out on a date.
"That’s ridiculous because every circumstance is different."
