Robert Pattinson has revealed the extent of his involvement in New Moon as "subtle."

The British star - who is currently on location in Vancouver shooting scenes for the upcoming Twilight sequel - says that Edward's role in the film isn't as prominent as the first, but it is just as significant to the story line nonetheless.

Rob tells Entertainment Tonight that his part is, "Very subtle."

But that doesn't stop him from having an impact on leading character Bella's life: "It's actually quite scary because Bella is really going a little bit nuts."

Meanwhile, Rob'scast mates are getting a good waft of the sweet smelling actor who, according to co-star Alex Meraz, smells just like roses!
