Twilight baddie Cam Giganget has become a daddy for the first time.

The actor's actress girlfriend Dominique Geisendorff gave birth to baby girl on Tuesday.

Gigandet - a former star of The O.C. - plays bad vampire James in the blood-sucking saga.

A source close to the family tells In Touch magazine, "The baby is perfectly healthy, everyone is doing fine."

The proud new parents have yet to pick a name for their new addition.
