Oksana Pochepa claims she is the beauty who was snapped getting intimate with the Hollywood star, who recently announced he is divorcing his wife of twenty-eight years.

The young singer says she and Mel are still together.

In the video, she starts out wearing a Britney Spears-esque school girl outfit with a short skirt.

But the video reaches its hottest when Oksana is seen from the waist up apparently naked and covering her breasts with her hands - at one stage there is a teasing close-up of her chest.

Mel's wife Robyn filed for divorce this week.
