Audrina Patridge's New Face: Plastic Surgery Or 'Baby Fat Loss'

Audrina Patridge's appearance at the Fashion From Into The Blue 2: The Reef Premiere Party Held in Beverly Hills on Tuesday night failed to dispel rumours she's had a sly nip/tuck.

The reality TV star-cum-actress – who has previously had breast augmentation - recently denied suggestions she's gone under the knife in a bid to achieve slimmer facial features.

She told Extra in response to the plastic surgery whispers, "People think I've got my nose done, my chin done. I just laugh at it.

“I'm just losing my baby fat - everyone grows up and changes."

Last night there was no denying that Audrina has undergone something of a transformation.

Her face appears more defined and her infamous 'ceiling-eyes' look is less pronounced.
