Lindsay Lohan Is 'Out Of Control' And 'Needs Help'

Lindsay Lohan is “out of control” and in need of “psychiatric help”, according to a 'friend'.

The actress' erratic behaviour following her split from girlfriend Samantha Ronson has reportedly got those close to her worried that she's heading for a Britney Spears-style meltdown.

Like the Womanizer star before her, Lindsay has found herself alone and without anyone to keep her on the straight and narrow.

"Lindsay is on hiatus with her publicist because she's not working or booking jobs," a source tells the New York Post's Page Six.

"She is completely unmanageable. It has never been possible to control her or advise her. Lindsay needs to get psychiatric help.

"Her friends are really sad for her, but she's out of control, and now she's all alone."

Following an explosive row with Sam at the weekend, Lindsay unravelled on Twitter, telling her now-ex, "You broke my heart. Now go away."
