Playing a pole-dancer isn't as easy as it sounds as Jessica Biel discovered when she took on the role of a struggling single mother-turned-stripper in Power Blue.

The actress spent countless hours mastering the art of exotic dancing - with the help of a home-make fabric hammock - in preparation for the upcoming movie, which has been receiving plenty of attention on account of Jessica's nude scenes.

The athletic star says, “Physically, I had so much to do, so much to learn, and it was so much harder than I ever imagagined."
