Fergie Sheds A Stone And Reveals Muscular Legs During Workout

Fergie revealed that her gruelling fitness regime has paid off during yet another work out session yesterday.

The Black Eyed Peas star flaunted her new trim and toned figure in a minuscule pair of black shorts and t-shirt as she embarked on a brisk walk with her personal trainer in Brentwood, Los Angeles.

Fergie has dropped a dramatic fifteen pounds - the extra weight she gained for her role as a prostitute in upcoming movie musical Nine.

The newly-wed tells In Touch magazine, "I’m finally back to the weight that I was before the film. It’s taken me forever!"

She admitted she failed to lose the weight in time for her wedding to actor Josh Duhamel, but she still managed to squeeze into her designer gown.

She adds, "Now I’m just trying to sculpt and get ready for the (Black Eyed Peas) tour, get my stamina up."
