A disgruntled Angelina Jolie fan is threatening to sue a children's charity for not keeping an agreement to meet the actress, according to a new report.

The man - who remains nameless - is demanding the charity pay up a sizeable sum after a generous donation of $30,000 didn't result in the promised dream come true meeting with the Changeling star.

The once in a lifetime opportunity to meet Angie was auctioned off two years ago by the Lili Claire Foundation which helps children with neurogenetic conditions.

If the man wins his case he will pocket his $30,000 donation and an additional amount for damages.

Meanwhile, Angelina is facing her own more personal woes as co-stars on the set of Salt have begun to express their concerns over the actress' shrinking frame.
