Jennifer Aniston wasn't ready for her close up yesterday as she stepped out for the first time since splitting with John Mayer.

The former Friends star - who is rumoured to have ended their one year romance earlier this month - looked like she really didn't want to have her picture taken.

The heartbroken star was in New York on a work meeting where she received a script - which she is holding - for her new movie The Baster.

But Jen was so intent on not getting photographed, she tried to hide by placing her hair over her face.
