Lindsay Lohan Uses Interview To Beg For Work

Lindsay Lohan has resorted to seeking employment through the press in a desperate attempt to drum up some money to fund her luxury lifestyle.

The Mean Girl - whose most recent acting project included starring as Ugly Betty's high school nemesis - has finally realised that in order to feed her expensive tastes and penchant for booze-fuelled nights out she has to earn a living like the rest of us. 

Lindsay tells Nylon magazine, "It's scary when you realize, 'Oh my God, I'm not working. And I have a house to pay for now.'...and there's been some things I've really wanted to do.

"Like the one movie I've wanted to do for so long is Alice in Wonderland [directed by Tim Burton]. But, um, that didn't work out… it is what it is."

And it seems the actress could be back on her way to making some serious cash if new pal Sean Penn has his way: "I spoke to him the other day.

"We're trying to get Seth Rogen for this project, but Seth won't call us back. So call us back, Seth, if you're reading this!"
