Britney Spears' dad Jamie has reportedly taken out a three year restraining order against Brit's former lover and paparazzo Adnan Ghalib.
The Brummie pap landed himself in hot water with the Spears family when he allegedly conspired to thwart Brit's conservatorship with former manager Sam Lutfi.
And now it seems he is suffering the consequences of actions after it was announced in a Los Angeles court yesterday, that the paparazzo is not to make any contact with Miss Spears or her family until 2012.
In Febraury 2009 ex-manager Lutfi - who also has a restraining order placed against him - filed a lawsuit of defamation against the Spears clan for dragging his name through the mud.
"I have not, in any alleged communications with Britney, her hairdresser or any other person, threatened any act of violence against Britney or her family," Sam said in a court filing.
