Howard K. Stern handed himself into the police yesterday where he was was charged with helping to fuel Anna Nicole's drug addiction.
According to U.S. reports Anna's lawyer and partner - alongside doctors Dr. Sandeep Kapoor and Khristine Eroshevich - were charged for providing substances to drug addict Anna Nicole between July 2004 and January 2007.
TMZ.com reports that Los Angeles police have charged all three men involved in the case with eight felonies.
The three suspects face jail time for obtaining a prescription for opiates by "fraud, deceit or misrepresentation," and "prescribing, administering or dispensing a controlled substance to an addict."
The Bail was set at $20,000 for each defendant, which both Stern and Kapoor paid on Thursday night.
Stern is insisting he didn't do anything illegal with regards to the alleged conspiracy.
Anna Nicole, real name Vickie Lynn Marshall, died on Febraury 8, 2007 of a "combined drug intoxication", shortly after losing her son three months previously.
