The star - kicked off her US Fame Ball tour with a bang - rocking the venue in yet another shocking outfit that left little to the imagination.

The singer wowed her fans with a 45 minute set at San Diego's House of Blues and entertained the audience by playing the piano with her foot.

Lady Gaga - real name is Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta - will make 23 stops around the US before finishing up in Palm Springs, California on April 11.
