Jennifer Aniston appears to be swapping Venice Beach for Fifth Avenue, as the actress sets her sights on living in New York, according to a new report. 

The former Friends star - who is regularly seen dining in Manhattan with boyfriend John Mayer - was spotted perusing the real estate market on a recent trip to New York.

According to Now magazine, Jen spent last week checking out several  luxury apartments in the Big Apple, suggesting that a move to the east coast could be in the pipeline. 

After the recent U.S. success of her doggy flick Marley & Me it is possible that the actress plans on buying property in Manhattan alongside her multi-million dollar L.A. home.

Jen recently gushed that this is the best time of her life, both physically and professionally.
