Jessica Simpson has squeezed back into her Daisy Duke hotpants - and they're a tight fit.

The star looked a picture of health as she took to the stage at the Florida Strawberry Festival on Saturday.

Jess' shorts and shirt combo looked like it had been taken from Daisy Duke's wardrobe - her role in the 2005 Dukes of Hazzard movie.

But it seemed as though her white basque top was struggling to stay fastened as she belted out some country pop tunes.

The singer's apparent weight gain became a hot topic after she appeared on stage in January at a Florida chilli cooking contest, dressed in a series of unflattering outfits.
