Rihanna has decided not to press charges against Chris Brown, following their alleged altercation last month, it is claimed.
Rihanna - who was spotted leaving Miami with the R&B star on Monday - is reportedly refusing to help police with their investigation into the Febraury 7 attack, which left her with "horrific injuries".
A police source said: “Rihanna says she doesn’t want to testify against him. She has had a change of heart and doesn’t want the case to proceed."
But it looks as though the singer's change of heart comes a little too late, as police are said to be going ahead with the investigation with or without her help.
"Detectives are still building their case based on what she originally told them and accounts of witnesses," adds the source.
“If the DA decides they have enough evidence, they can proceed without Rihanna’s testimony.”
The couple are due to appear in court tomorrow.
