Robert Pattinson Charms Natalie Portman And Paris Hilton After The Oscars

Robert Pattinson didn't just catch the eye of Paris Hilton on Oscar night - the Twilight hottie also worked his magic on Natalie Portman.

The Star Wars actress is said to have succumbed to Rob's unearthly charms as the British actor - who says he didn't have girlfriend until he was 17 - mingled with Hollywood's elite at the exclusive Vanity Fair party.

"[Portman] seemed really into him and went right up to say hello once she spotted him," a friend of Rob's told E! Online.

As we reported yesterday, Rob was later seen enjoying some private time with Paris outside in the patio area of the Rick Yorn and Patrick Weitzell bash in the Hollywood Hills.

A source tells Radar Online, "Paris and Rob were deep in conversation, being very flirtatious with each other, when Benji, Paris' ex approached.

"Paris was polite to Benji, but continued talking to Rob, and poor Benji slinked away.

"There is definite chemistry between Paris and Robert."

Rob made his escape in the early hours to catch a flight to Toyko ahead of the Japanese premiere of Twilight - but Paris wasn't far behind.

The heiress also landed in Tokyo yesterday where she is promoting clothing brand Samantha Thavasa.
