Hollywood super-couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie apparently set the standard for physical beauty amongst their fellow celebrities, according to a top plastic surgeon to the stars.

Dr Garth Fisher - who has a popular clinic in Beverly Hills and counts Katie Price among his clients - reveals that his famous clients regularly request Angelina's lips and nose.

He says, "I know people like to look like Angelina Jolie - her lips, her nose.

“Beyonce's got some really great lips - people like that when they're trying to inject the lips."

When it comes to the guys, Brad and his pal George Clooney feature highly on star's plastic surgery “wish list.”

"They come in with their wish list and the main thing for me is trying to do something that doesn't look surgical, especially for the Oscars,” he continues.

"You don't want to be on the list of awful plastic surgeons dot com - you want to make sure they look really great, elegant and handsome."
