Robert Pattinson appears to be taking after his Twilight character by becoming something of a creature of night.

Since wrapping up promotional duties for the vampire movie which catapulted him to global heartthrob status, the Brit actor has regularly been spotted lurking in the shadows of the Groucho club in London's Soho.

Earlier this month Rob was tailed around by enthusiastic fans during a night out at the exclusive members bar.

And this weekend he was spied stumbling out of the club and concentrating very hard as he attempted to put one foot in front of the other in the direction of a taxi.

On reaching the relative safety of a cab, a flushed Rob looked the very image of 'tired and emotional' as he sat with his head resting on his hand.

It seems his thirst for blood has been replaced by a taste for the stronger stuff...
