Angelina Jolie is reportedly feeling under pressure to live up to her 'World's Most Beautiful Woman' tag.
The actress is regularly hailed for her low-key, natural beauty but it's claimed a lot of work goes into achieving her 'effortlessly' flawless look.
"The world thinks Angelina is gorgeous and that's a lot of pressure," a friend tells In Touch.
"She wants the world to think that she doesn't fuss about her appearance, but she makes sure that she looks good when she has to, and that can take work."

Angelina has been subject of rumours that she's had a sly nip/tuck following the birth of the twins last July, but insiders insist her admired looks are 100% natural.
But that's not to say she isn't averse to splashing the cash on the latest 'miracle' skin creams.
"She's never met a wrinkle cream that she didn't want to try!" says the friend.
