Kate Moss was sporting an impressive tummy bump during a night out in London yesterday.

As the model left The Ivy Club after dining with billionaire Topshop boss Sir Phillip Green, her fur coat fell open to reveal her rounded middle, fuelling speculation she is pregnant by boyfriend Jamie Hince.

Kate also appeared to be struggling to keep up with her own hard-partying ways.

Onlookers tell Entertainmentwise that later in the evening a visibly unwell Kate was helped out of Movida nightclub and into a waiting car by staff and friends.

Jamie was seen being consoled by friends when he left the club shortly afterwards at 4.00 am.

Kate is refusing to comment directly on the pregnany reports.

A spokesman for the newly-curvy model says, "I am afraid it is a private matter."
