This is the moment Salma Hayek breast-fed an African baby while on a 2008 charity mission Sierra Leone.
The actress - who has a one-year-old daughter Valentina - stepped in because the baby's birth mother had stopped producing milk.
"The baby was perfectly healthy, but the mother didn't have milk," Salma explains.
"He was very hungry. I was weaning my daughter Valentina, but I still had a lot of milk that I was pumping, so I breast-fed the baby.

"You should have seen his eyes. When he felt the nourishment, he immediately stopped crying."
The footage was shown in the U.S on ABC's Nightline show.
