Mischa Barton has reportedly dropped more than two dress sizes in six months in a bid to keep up with her slender peers.

The OC star has reverted back to her skinny ways after piling on the pounds following her departure from the hit show in 2005.

Mischa has proudly showed off her protruding shoulder blades during recent red carpet appearances - a far cry from last year when the 5ft 9 actress hit the headlines for daring to bare her dimpled thighs on holiday.
