The former Dawson's Creek star was virtually unrecognisable in a blue asymmetrical swimming costume that only highlighted her pasty frame and unsupported bust.

The actress may have been trying to keep a low profile as she hid her usually styled bob cut under a headscarf.

TomKat were spotted enjoying a day out with Suri at Angra Dos Reis, a private island owned by famous Brazilian plastic surgeon Ivo Pitanguy.

The couple have been dining out at restaurants in the evenings without their daughter - heading to Fasona earlier this week and out for sushi yesterday.
