Barack Obama received a welcome fit for a diva last night when Beyonce and Mariah Carey took to the stage to perform for the newly-inaugurated President.
The singers' wowed Washington, D.C. at The Neighborhood Ball, the first presidential Inaugural Ball open to the public.
Beyonce's cover of Etta James' At Last was rapturously received by a packed crowd.
She was followed Mariah who performed her hit Hero, while other performances came from Mary J Blige and will.i.am.
And Mariah's husband, Nick Cannon, got one step closer to his dream of becoming the official White House DJ by spinning the discs at the bash.
Introducing his wife, he cooed, "Y'all make some noise for my hero, Mariah Carey."
But it was Obama himself who drew the biggest response from the crowd when he twice twirled his wife around as the couple took their first dance as President and First Lady.
