Katie Holmes looked painfully thin as she stepped out with husband Tom Cruise on the red carpet last night.
The actress - who is rumoured to have emabrked on a Scientology-approved vitamin detox following the end of her Broadway show earlier this month - showed off her teeny-tiny figure at the German premiere of Valkyrie.
Katie's long black gown hung off her bony frame and she looked drawn and tired, with sunken eyes, as she smiled for the cameras.

When leaving the Theater am Potsdamer Platz, Katie covered-up with a white jacket that only accentuated her lack of curves before sharing an intimate kiss with her husband.
At least one person seems to be a fan of her new look!
