It looks like Paula Abdul has had a little help to reverse the ageing process.

The American Idol judge stepped out looking years younger at the Fox TV Winter All Star Party, sparking rumours that she may have a little nip/tuck prior to the new series of American Idol.

The singer may have also had some needle work done as she had a strangely immobile face when she posed on the red carpet earlier this week.

It looks like the botox fairies have given Paula a youthful boost.

It is also widely speculated that Paula had a nose job back in 2007 after she 'broke' it by trying to avoid stepping on her Chihuahua Tulip.
