Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo went to great lengths to avoid getting papped last night.

The couple - who were on a dinner date with Jess' parents at La Loggia in L.A. - were so determined not to have their picture taken that they both used a giant cushion to cover their faces whilst in their car.

The singer clearly wasn't ready for her close-up but drew more attention to herself with her huge leopard print facial accessory.

And anyone who says it was an improvement, is just being plain rude...
