Amy Winehouse has confirmed that she is divorcing Blake Fielder-Civil after 20 months of marriage.

The Rehab star - who has been cuddling up to actor Josh Bowman in St Lucia in recent weeks - is looking much healthier and happier since ditching her druggy husband.

Blake is said to have filed for divorce last week after months of speculation that the pair had put an end to their self destructive union.

Amy's rep tells the Metro, "Papers have been received and the matter is with Amy's lawyers."

Blake - who married Amy in Miami, Florida, in 2007 - is reportedly hoping for half of the star's £10 million fortune.
