Naomi Watts Shows Off Her Trim Post-Baby Body

Just one month after giving birth...

Naomi Watts has got her slim figure back just four weeks after giving birth.

The new mum looked stunning as she posed for pictures on the red carpet with husband Liev Schreiber at the Defiance premiere in New York last night.

The actress showed off her post-baby figure with a black waist belt clinched around a navy pin-stripped dress.
