Britney Spears' camp are attempting to clean up the mess left behind by a cheeky webpage hacker with a heartfelt apology to fans.
The pop princess' Twitter page - alongside a number of other high-profile accounts, including that of Barack Obama - was targeted by a hacker who posted an obscene message on her wall.
The message read: "Hi Yall! Brit Brit here, just wanted to update you all on the size of my vagina. It's about 4 feet wide with razor sharp teeth."
Britney's people wrote the following on her website:
Our Twitter account was hacked this morning. We apologize for any offense caused to Britney's fans and our readers. Everything is sorted out and there should be nothing but great Britney-related news from now on. Thank you for your understanding.
