The fashionista turned up to dinner with husband David's AC Milan pals wearing a dressy puffball black gown, whilse her footballer hubby opted for a simple t-shirt.

The self-proclaimed style icon looked like she was enjoying herself as she chatted to other guests and sipped champagne at the Harbour Hotel in Dubai.
