Paris Hilton and George Clooney are the latest odd couple to emerge in Hollywood, according to a new report.

The heiress and ladies man spent lunch sat next to one another at Dan Tana's, alongside director Ridley Scott, Marvel Studios chairman David Maisel and Brittany Flickinger, the winner of Paris' BFF reality show.

"It was an odd group for a dinner party," an onlooker tells Life & Style.

But according to sources this wasn't their first and only meeting.

The night before Paris and George were spotted at the Whiskey Bar in Sunset Marquis hotel in West Hollywood.

Paris' nine month relationship with Good Charlotte rocker Benji Madden ended over a month ago.
