Hollywood superstar Matt Dillon was arrested overnight for reportedly driving at more than 100mph.
The actor was taken to a police station in Newbury, Vermont, after being stopped at 106mph on Interstate 91.
Matt is said to have been driving a rented 2009 Chevy Impala when the crime took place at 10pm on Tuesday night.
Vermont State Police Public Information Officer Sgt. Tara Thomas told reporters, "I have every reason to believe he was cooperative."
Matt was finger-printed and had his picture taken before being released with a citation to appear in court next month for speeding.
