Carmen Electra pulled out all the stops for her rock star boyfriend's birthday by hiring an array of male and female strippers.

The former Baywatch beauty looked on in delight as a female stripper burst out of cake and proceeded to give Korn guitarist Rob Patterson a lapdance.

And it wasn't long before Carmen was getting in on the action too, with her very own naked treat in the form of two buff male models.

The lapdance extravaganza was documented by E!'s new television show Party Monsters: Cabo - which sees party planners throw the wildest celebrity parties in Hollywood.
