Super-mum-of-six Angelina Jolie has been advised not get pregnant again anytime soon - or at all - over fears for her health.

The actress - who on many occasions has declared her desire to have more children - suffered complications in her first two pregnancies resulting in c-section deliveries.

And now health officials are warning her that if she doesn't wait at least a year before conceiving again she could be putting herself and the baby at risk.

A source tells OK!, "Her previous pregnancies ended with emergency caesarean sections.

"She's been told that, at the least, she should not get pregnant for a year after her last deliver, and it would be safer if she did not get pregnant, ever."

Doctors say that Hollywood's super couple should call a halt to their baby making train for now.
