After wearing the same denim shorts for three days in a row, Lily Allen returned to her London home looking a little worse for wear.

But one hour later, the party gal stepped out looking fresh-faced in head-to-toe designer gear.

The singer wore Chanel sunglasses, black leather gloves, a red Chanel handbag, YSL high heel shoes and an Armand Basi black wool dress with a sheer panel which showed off her flat stomach.

Lily all partied out and heading home at 11.30am (left) and transformed in a daring dress at 12.30 (right)

She headed to a business meeting in Marlyebone and then to Prada on Bond Street where she spent some hard earned cash.

Lily - who was recently in a spat with singer Katy Perry over her weight - has slimmed down to a slender size 10.
