Katie Holmes continues to show the physical signs of maintaining her gruelling Broadway schedule.

The actress turned 30 last week but looked years older as she headed out for her nightly performance of her play All My Sons in New York.

Tom Cruise's missus - once hailed as a beauty in TV show Dawson's Creek - looked exhausted and run down with cold sores around her lips and painful-looking blisters on her feet.

Katie looked in desperate need of a break with dull skin and dark rings around her eyes.

It seems that juggling a Broadway play and keeping two-year-old Suri occupied has taken it's toll on her health.
