Anti-Scientology protesters forced Tom Cruise to enter the L.A premier of new movie Valkyrie via an underground tunnel

The slimed-down actor had to forgo his usual meet-and-greet session, leaving hundreds of fans - who had braved the cold in the hope of meeting their idol - disappointed.

Instead, Tom entered the tented-off press tent through an underground tunnel at the DGA building.

Tom is famous for his red carpet walkabouts during which he often spends hours signing autographs and posing for pictures.
