Entertainmentwise readers have named Rihanna their Best Dressed Star of 2008.

The Umbrella singer's quirky choice of high-wasted leather pants, neon accessories and sky-high heels have seen her become a style icon both on and off the stage.

David Beckham's stylish wardrobe earned him second place, while trilby-loving Brad Pitt is your third-placed style hero despite cultivating a dodgy-looking moustache this year.

Other stars beating off the competition for trend-setter status included TomKat's tot Suri Cruise and Beyonce Knowles.

Gwyneth Paltrow just missed out on earning her Top 5 fashion stripes.
