Guy Ritchie Vetos Madonna Christmas Sleepover

Guy Ritchie has reportedly banned Madonna from spending the Christmas holidays at home with their kids.

The queen of pop and her ex-husband – who are still embroiled in a bitter battle over the finer details of their divorce settlement – seemed to have reached a truce recently with rumours of peace talks and a Christmas reunion for the sake of the kids.

But it seems that the pair may not be ready to play happy families just yet, with claims that Guy has vetoed the idea of Madonna staying the night at his Wiltshire estate.

A source tells The Sun, “Guy is desperate to see the children on Christmas Day and was okay with them all spending the day at Ashcombe.

“He was even willing to have Madonna there and try to be civilised for the sake of the children.

“But having her stay over was just too much.

“He couldn't bear the thought of her padding round the kitchen next morning like old times — there are too many sad memories.”
