Jennifer Aniston is defending her decision to go nude in the latest edition of American GQ.
The Friends star - who also dared to bare in a mini dress at the L.A. premiere of Marley & Me last night - told reporters that she wasn't trying to prove anything by posing in her birthday suit.
She said, "I wasn't trying to make any statement."
And boyfriend John Mayer was on hand to defend his girlfriend's actions, saying, "I mean, if I have a problem with that cover, I should just get the hell out of here.
"I'm just gonna get ready to put my knuckles in the air for it."
When a reporter asked the singer to touch the magazine John refused point blank saying, "No, don't make me hold it - you're pimping me out!"
