Britney Spears Goes On First Solo Drive In Five Months...And Picks Up A Parking Ticket

Britney Spears has hit a bump on the road to recovery by picking up a parking ticket on her first solo drive in over five months.

The pop princess had reportedly been banned from getting behind the wheel alone by father Jamie after a series of driving mishaps during her 'meltdown period.'

In October she was cleared of driving without a valid driver's licence after a jury failed to reach a verdict.

In her latest car-related disaster, Britney decided to pull into an alley in L.A. instead of finding a suitable parking spot in tinsletown.

Police confiscated Brit's keys and wrote her a parking ticket before letting her go on her way.
