The bootylicious babe - who is famous for her curvacious figure - is barely recognisable on the cover of Elle magazine.

The star has been channeling her alter-ego Sasha Fierce in recent weeks and, with her nipped in waist and strange doll-like features, it's fair to say Beyonce isn't looking like herself.

Visits from the airbrush fairy aside, Beyonce talks about babies and her own traumatic labour pains when her sister Solange gave birth four years ago.

Beyonce says, "I'm terrified of delivering a child because I saw my nephew being born. That traumatised me.

"I told Solange: 'Please don't do this to me'. But Solange did. 'Oh my. Whooo'. I'm 27. I got time."
