Jennifer Aniston Gives Angelina Jolie A Run For Her Money In New Charity Ad: Video

The actress puts her fame to good use...

Jennifer Aniston is appearing in a new US television advertisment for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital to help promote their cause.

The actress - who is a regular supporter of the hospital - appears alongside Ellie, a young girl who has a tumour.

Jen sits with her arms wrapped round Ellie saying, "Every night Ellie's mum whispered in her sleeping daughter's ear. She said, 'go away tumour, go away.'

"And to help that tumour go away her parents turned to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital where our discoveries have doubled Ellie's chance of survival."

  • Jennifer is such a good person. I also give to St. Judes childrens Hosp. Can you imagine saving all these lives being healed for no money,just from donations. You and everyone else are good people to give for such a worthy cause.

  • mmm ... it didn't look that genuine to me. I felt it was an ad and it bothered me. I didn't feel much sincere emotion coming from Jen. but hey I guess I have to still give credits to Jennifer for taking time to do the ad right ? Anything for the kids so thump's up.

  • It's hard to be natural on camera, Johanna. For your info, she has been with this worthy cause since Friends----she's not like someone who gets pictures to show what she's doing, even a close up one of her face (?????for what) in Afghanistan. I guess you know who I am referring to. Anyway, just so you know. there's not only one person doing good in Hollywood. Jen doesn't make a deal with magazines like someone who calls mag to take pictures whenever she is with her kids.
