Poolboy Charley - who at 19 is the same age as Hulk and Linda's daughter Brooke - told a court that he feared the former wrestler would "attempt to injure or kill him".
Charley claims that Hulk "dangerously followed" him in his car and "pulled up next to him and stared at him."
Scary stuff.
Hulk's lawyer David Houston told TMZ, "This is just another blatant attempt by Linda Hogan to try to defame Hulk Hogan's character.
"We commend the judge on seeing through this ridiculous stunt and denying these baseless claims."
Despite the damning 'evidence', a Florida court threw out Charley's request for a temporary restraining order against the Hulk.
