Britney Spears is apparently not a fan of Katie Holmes' sense of style, if comments she makes in upcoming documentary Britney: For The Record are any indication.

The pop princess - who has had her own share of wardrobe disasters - was filmed on a shopping trip showing her assistant an outfit and commenting, "Look, this is very mommy."

When her assistant replied, "It's very ugly," Britney - forgetting the cameras around her - said, "It is very Katie Holmes."
