Britney Spears is ready to put her life in order and work her way back up to the top, according to her manager Larry Rudolph.

Larry and Britney - who have known each other since Britney was a child star - parted ways briefly during her breakdown phase.

But now he's back on the scene and helping Brit rebuild her life and career - starting with her tell all documentary Britney: For The Record.

Larry tells the Los Angeles Times, "She really wanted to be able to tell her story, talk about where she's been, where she is today and where she is going.

"She wanted to do it very honestly, but on her own terms."

He adds, "There just came a moment where she decided to get up, brush herself off and move forward.

"She had hit a low point in her life. She realized that and everybody else realized that. She wanted to get to a better place."
